No more big diving board and the pool and the locker rooms have been renovated and were really nice!
Only $4 for adults to swim and $2 for kids! No "ice-cream candy" but the whole park looked really nice and well maintained.
Including the band shell, where a church service was being conducted. You can rent canoes and kayaks but the river is roped off so you don't go near the spillway where people died. And no more duckies to feed there -- Laurie says it's been discovered that bread is bad for them.
The Stumps time capsule from 1963 is still buried under the Tell Taylor Memorial, which is quite a bit more extensive than I remember. And I couldn't believe this was the site of the Green Mill Roller Rink but that's what the plaque said.
