The Scotch Whisky Tasting Experience 6/11/22

Here I am at the end of the Scotch Whisky Tasting Experience with my souvenir glass, cold and tired and waiting for our friends in the final tour group before heading back to the buses to check into our hotel for dinner.

I wondered how many of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail distilleries had ever been here, as it was much like their tours but with a Disney World flair and representing all the distilleries in Scotland.

Since you actually got into cars like a theme park ride, our group of 70+ Sycamore Singers had to be sub-divided into four. Margie and I were in the third group and Rhoda and Linda Heminger were in the fourth.

Here we all are waiting out front at the base of Edinburgh Castle for our groups to be called. That’s our accompanist extraordinaire, Alex Thio, in the blue coat and mask with Linda standing in the lower right corner of this photo.
